InherisAI, Inc. operates the Inheris platform, connecting donors, the people who receive Care Awards through the InherisAI Mental Health Fund, and the healthcare providers who deliver that care. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including information used for our SMS/RCS text messaging program.
Information we collect
- Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number, provided directly to us by donors, award recipients, and providers.
- Program activity such as gifts made, Care Award application status, and provider account status, used to send the related notifications described below.
- Messages that donors and recipients ask us to relay through our communication platform.
How we use information
- To send account and program notifications by SMS or RCS to people who have asked to receive them: gratitude messages and gift acknowledgments to donors, Care Award application updates to recipients, and account notices to providers (see our SMS/RCS Terms and Conditions).
- To relay anonymized messages between award recipients and donors. Before any relayed message is delivered, our staff review it and remove identifying information so that neither party learns the other's identity.
- To administer Inheris Care Awards, donations, provider relationships, and our other programs.
SMS/RCS messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude SMS/RCS originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Phone numbers collected for the messaging program are used solely to deliver the messages described in our SMS/RCS Terms and Conditions. You can stop receiving SMS or RCS messages at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging and email providers), who may use it solely to provide services to us, and where required by law.
Security and retention
We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it to operate the program, and we retain records only as long as needed for program administration and legal compliance.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of communications, by contacting us at info@inherisai.com.
